Sir We are three partners on land l have gift deed and partation deed can I get loan against my floor
Do you have a partition deed or an order for partition? Without an order for partition, you will not be able to demarcate which floor/portion is yours. usually, only once your specific portion if demarcated will a loan be sanctioned against it.
