Help about nomination rules in CRPF

My relative who was in CRPF he made nominee his ex wife and his mother with clear name and relations but now his currunt widow is making diand to getting 70% amount of my relatives all assets besides she is in govt service and has no child's and she is only 25 years old and its sure that she will not live with my relatives family and will not help to martyrs old mother and father than why she getting half of all assetes of my relatives.i repeat she is not nominated by my relatives but she is getting half part of all assetes is it possible if yes than why.kindly explain me.
As per Section 10 of Hindu Succession Act after the death of man, his assests devolves amongst his widow wife and mother. Further as you mentioned that he has made his wife a nominee then under no circumstances you can restrain from claiming share in her husband property.
However as you said she is asking 70% which is not justified and she is entilted for only 50%. We suggest resolve the matter amicably.
