Having possession for more than 30 years now owner asking to vacate

28-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My grand father wrote a Will(100 sqr yards land) on my name on 1992 and he expired. he has been living there for 10 years, after that am living there more than 20 years in a hut. Actually that land was in land ceiling act for more than 30 years( from 1982) and it was in govt handover. now govt abonded the ceiling act. The land owner (6.42 acres) is filed a case and asking me to vacate the land. he was not in procession of more than 30 years. now land(6.42 acres) haves roads , powers etc....well developed. 250 families living in that 6.42 acres land, am one of them.

Hi
The land belongs to you .
Once the land has come under land ceiling act, and thereafter you have come in possession of the said land (30 years), you are in legal possession of the property.
The owner cannot claim the land now. You should contest the case and you will easily win on the grounds that
a) Land was part of land ceiling act and '
b) You are in possession of the property and
c) Holding adverse possession (against the interest of land owner) by virtue of Law(Land ceiling act) in force.
