Grandmother gifted property to father can uncle claim that property

My dad got a gifted property through d registered gift deed from his mom (my grandmom)who isn't alive anymore.now my uncle (my dad's elder bro)trying to make forceful entry in our property by saying this dat d gift deed execution has been executed forcefully so they have right to enter in our property.we applied for a civil court injunction n d court ordered to maintain status quo while ordered 2 hve a temporary injunction.wat to do if our opponent party violate d status quo??could they challenge 2 our registered gift deed after 6 yrs??

Since you have got the order of injunction you can breath a sigh of relief for sometime.If the order is violated there is many ways to implement it including filing contempt cases in lower court or in high court.
If there is any attempt of forceful entry you can file criminal case as well.
