Mere grandfather ki death 5 sal pehle ho gayi unke nam 5acre jamin hai or mere papa hi unke ek bete hai or papa ke 3 bete hai mai or mere 2 bhai , mai mere se bade bhai ki family (1 son), papa maa, or ek behn sab sath me ek rent ke makan me rehte hai or us jamin me mera sabse bada bhai apni family ke sath rehte hai unke 2son hai. Mai papa or bhai ham teeno us jamin ko bechna chahte hai lekin mera sabse bada bhai jo jamin me rehta hai wo us jamin ko bechna nai chahta hai to agar mai court me appeal karu jamin bechne ke liye to kaise batega kisko kitna milega

Looks like the property is ancestral property which belongs to you grandfather after the death of your grandfather your father and you along with your two brothers and one sister are the legal hairs and successors survived therefore your father you 3 brothers and your sister will have equal share over the property of grandparents and if your brother is not in opinion with you then you can file partition suit and after the partition you all can sell what ever share has been allotted to you
