Grandfather want to dis own one son from the property what best way

my grandfather has four sons. my grandfather living with us. he never lived with any son expect with us. he wants to disinherit one son from property. he is 85 years old now. can he make will dead? and if YES. then what will be the procedure.

He can make a will thereby dividing his assets between his three sons and he can also state in the will that he does not intend to give any thing to one of his son. The Will can be made by consulting a qualified lawyer and registered before the sub registrar.
