Grandfather transferred property to mother and now filed case against

, In 2010 my grand father ( my mother's father), he transferred property to my mother( his daughter) under gift purpose, recently some disputes raised between my grand father and my mother, he filed a case on my mother to cancellation of gift, and he daily blackmailing ,Is it possible.

If the said gift deed was registered then, the said deed can only be cancelled by court if the said transfer of property by a way of gift deed was done under undue influence, coercion, misrepresentation or fraud etc. Otherwise the said deed can not be cancelled without the consent of both the parties.
