Grandfather selling ancestral property without legal heir permission

10-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather is selling the ancestral property without the concent of my father. My elder brother and my grandfather are trying to sell it. Is there an option for my father or me to approach court. And can the buyer get legal documents without the concent of my father?

Hello
Here the buyer can purchase the property directly from your grand father without the consent of your father if the property is in name of grand father. But if the property is ancestral you can take stay order against the selling right unless the said property is partitioned and if the grandfather has already sold some property you can challenge that sale deed.
