Hi. Agar property ancestral hogi to aap claim kr skte hai. Lekin aapka kitna hoga wo depend karega ki aap ke father kitne brother-sister hai.

Yes, as per hindu succession act u have legal right to demand partition. U must file a suit for possession before the court of law at where there is property situated. Don't wait for it and file a civil suit for your own legal right otherwise u will fail to get it.

Hii you can definitely go ahead and claim your share and file a civil suit along with criminal complaint as the property was undivided and therefore no partition or family settlement deed has been worked out ;therefore as one of the legal heirs you can ask for your share by filing suit for title declaration and damages for the fraud played by your near and dear ones therefore you have all the remedy.

Hi, will glad to help you. Before giving any legal opinion, would like to know that how do you know that your grand father had transferred this property to your aunty. File a suit for partition before the district court.
