Grandfather gave property to uncle can his daughter claim share?

01-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
I was born in Feb 1997 and that time my nana has gifted a property to my mom on my birth and we moved into that property in october 1997 due to some reasons my nana got this property registered under my mama's name and said he will transfer it under my mom's name in some time. It's been 20 years we have been living in this property and chasing my mama to tramsfer this property under my mom's name but got no positive response. My question is can we file a case against them if yes then how strong would our case be ?

Dear querist,
I am writing to you in response to the legal query and the limited facts stated therein by you. In my suggestion, you shall immediately proceed against your uncle and file a suit for declaration in the appropriate court, as per your house location.
I can only provide you with elaborate opinion if you may share some specific details as to kind of registration in favor of your uncle and whether the gift deed in favor of your mother is registered.
