My Grand Father has 2 sons and one daughter , elder son is alive and younger son is passed away and daughter got married. Grand father passed away in 2003. his self accquired land is about to sell now but 2nd sons daughters(all got married) are claiming for extra share(we informed to them that we give their 1/2 share legeally) other wise they wont sign. Now to sell that land who need to sign in registration (Elder son and 2 son wife or every one including grand sons and grand daughter)
Hi
The following need to sign the sale deed.
a) Eldest son.
b) Children and the wife of the youngest son who died &
c) your aunt(daughter of your grand father)
Since the demise of your grand father happened in the year 2003 and since it is the self acquired property all of his children including his daughter need to sign the sale deed.
Hope this helps.

Sir,
In the instance , If there is no will or legal document of the self acquired land then the three legal heir's , 2 sons and one daughter should be shared equally .
Please also note that you have not mention about your grand mother , if she alive , she will also get her share .
