14-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
We have a property basically belonged to my Great Grandfather and after partition allocated to my Grand father(Some portion is constructed and some is plain peace of land) and is now used by my Uncles. This property does not have any paper/Registery. After my Grandfather death Property is used by my Uncle and they are denying to divide it. Because it does not have any paper. My Grand father does not have any Will. Does we have any legal option? Can law/Courth help us?

As per your query and information provided:
Fist of all I would like to know that was concerned property is in name of your grand father?
If yes than whether it was purchased by him or obtained from ancestors, in any case, if your grand father have no will than you may file a division suit before the civil court of jurisdiction, you will definitely get relief and your share from there provided property belongs to your grandfather without will sell or gift deed, if you have all legal papers if ancestral you may may find the details from TEHSIL/sub divisional office, in case purchased may get the papers from sub-registrar office.
For precise reply/answer you may contact me with all papers and details.

Sir as per u the property is ancestral so u can file suit for partition and after that for possession if u r not having it but before that u have to prove that great grand father has title to the property.
