26-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
Religion: Hindu We have 4 bighas land in a Pound(Talab) in Bihar in 4 sons of my grandfather. But the same is in the name of my near relative due to ceiling act and the gift was given my grandfather to that relative for the equal amt i.e the value at that time in liew of it.We are enjoying the property and the property tax paying by us.Now the property has become disputed and the same matter is not in the knowledge of that relative (owner). How can we restore the same and share it in four sons of my grand father. ?

Who has raised dispute over the property? How the owner is not privy to to the dispute? Further it is not clear from your querythat who has given gift to whom? Your Grand Father or your relative? These are the facts needed for fair and just opinion. It is better to discuss it through meeting.
