Grand father made gift of property to father can grandson claim share

grand father have 1agriculture land , 1 plot and 1 house.my grandfather died. one plot was (Registered as GIFT SETTLMENT IN FAMILY) gived to his son(my father).my father got second marraige without divorce. my father didnot want to give me that property.Can i claim on this property ?grand son (son's son) have a right ?plz answer...

The second marriage itself is void however, the son/daughter born out of such wedlock will have all the rights same as that of a legitimate child. Also, you can file a partition suit to claim your share in the said property provided the said property is ancestral property.
