Grand-dads property automatically transferred dad, aunt claiming share

I have a flat in mumbai which was actually owened by my grandfather. But after the death of my grandfather it has been transferred to my father's name. But now my aunt is claiming for her part in that flat.so please advise because we can't sale that flat.

Dear Client,
Under the Hindu Succession Act even the daughters have equal share in the property of the father, thus your aunt has every right to stake claim of the property, its advisable that both your father and your aunt sit down and settle the sale price and distribution modus
