sir, we have purchase a plot in 1989 in rajasthan,in 1992 patta issued, in 1996 SDM issued another patta on my plot, should we file the case against government. suit can be file or not
Dear friend as per your question and according to law file a civil suit for cancellation of patta before civil court because cancellation of patta and registered documents only civil court have jurdiction
