Got a Will from father can I give it to my children father is alive

My father has willed a property in Delhi in my name and in the name of my brother. My father is still alive. I want to will all my property to my children. Can I write a will of this property which has been partly willed by in my name.

It is very necessary that a will should be made on substantial ground. your father has made the will in your name and also in name of your brother as he is the owner of the said property, but you are not the owner of the property. you will be the owner of the part according to the said will hence you could not made a will further.

Yes. You can execute a Will of a future property. However, you should mention the said fact of the Will of your father in the Will.
