Given compensation for land acquired even then loosing few mts of land

Sir,while giving compensation for land acquired byNHAI,in act-2013 it is confusing.It is said compensation to be awarded bymultification factor 1 time in urban areas and1to 2 times in rural areas .please explain clearly. I am loosing 250 Sq .Mts of land for road widening in village.Now gov rate is Rs 3300 sq yard.What amount I get at present rate?

Yes. First you need to check wether your land is under rural or urban.
Go to NHAI authorities and check what compensation they are giving to you for your land .if you are not satisfied with compensation then we can claim compensation through court .I require your complete land details and purpose your land is been acquired. We can go through it and try to get high compensation for your land

You will get 1 time in rural area. Assuming NHAI has acquired 250 square meters of your village land and the government rate (assuming you took this data from Sub-Registrar office) then you will get 298.988 square yards multiplied by 3300 .
Also any standing crops on the land will get any additional benefits.
