I want to know more about gift deed for a property in Zirakpur and if some lawyer in CHANDIGARH can help in making one.
Any major person capable of making gift can prepare a gift deed of things, he or she owns in favour of other(s). As you suggests about immovable property, registration of such a gift is compulsory with the concerned registrar. The description of property as well as details of parties concerned (donor and receiver) alongwith two witnesses are required for drafting a gift deed.
