i have a question regarding my society. here is the story.Builder didn't hand over society legally.Some residents conducted the elections violating the byelaws of society.They got it registered with the registrar.My question is some residents are opposing the elections and elected body because it violated the byelaws.Whats the way forward?

U can challenge the election of the society. But that depends which society u have is it a registered under co-operative or a general society . It all in the bye law only for jurisdiction.
