Fraud in purchase of property how to recover the amount paid

i had purchased land and property dealer sold it without informing me. He had got signed GPA by me as i do not know Punjabi language . Now i do not have any property but i m paying the bank loan and bank is black mailing me for selling mortgaged property as the original documents are lying in bank custody...what should i do to recover my money or property?
You can file a FIR against the builder under section 154 of CrPC, leveling charges under section 420 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. Also, you can file an injunction suit for he sale of the said property.
