Forgot to write name of beneficiary name on the cheque what will happe

Good afternoon dear sirs, 1 I purchased a residential plot in semi urban area. 2 Payment made by cheque but by mistake is forgot to write name of beneficiary. 3 Beneficiary cleared cheques in her husband's Bank Account Sirs, 1 what will be implications at my end 2 What kind of problems may be infront of me in future 3 What should be done in this situation from my end Please suggest precautionary measures for the future onwards. In this regard if u have forgotten the beneficiary's name....Then cheque can get encashed by anybody but it's better to cross the cheque as Account/Payee....Then if in case any mischief is done then the person can be caught hold off.
It ll be rather better to call the bank and give direction for stop payment....Of cheque No. So n so!!!

first of all, mr. Akhilesh take a copy of cheque clearance by bank . And give beneficiary a legal notice to inform her about the cheque clearance in her husband's account and with the information that you by mistake , forgot to write down the name ,
