Flat in joint name with wife can I transfer the property in my name

I was purshase Flat in 2009 in loan of 20 years with joint co-applicant as wife. EMI of Loan is always paid by me. But in registry & bank loan our both name are mentioned as joint holder. Unfortunately, in 2015 we both are legally separated by divorce. please suggest that can we transfer the property from wife to me by suit case in court.

You can file a petition in the court and get the title of the property transferred in your name. You need to prove in the court that all the payments for the purchase of the flat and bank loan were paid by you and your wife did not contribute anything.
