Flat gifted to daughter later on brother's share was added

My in laws gifted a flat to their daughter.keeping the second name of her brother later they made a affidavit saying the brother share is given to her sister at present her brother asking his share. What can be done
You will have to wait for your brother to take a legal action to which you can further proceed.You should keep the affidavit in your possession which can be used as evidence in the court to show your grandfathers interest towards the same.
