Flat constructed in building parking lot MCD approved map what to do

There is a flat constructed in my building parking lot.plus there is a entry to another plot from our building and this is done by previous landlord.who own to flat out of four flat in the same building.There is a MCD approved map.what legal action can be taken to solve this two issue
You an file a suit for injunction, to make it correct or restraining other inbyour parking lot, if it is being approved by MCD in construction plan.
