Hi, since no registered sale deed was executed in favour of your husband and only agreement was executed so in laws have no right to claim the share in the property.

2. Your husband become absolute owner only when the sale deed was executed.

Dear Sir/Madam, your mother in law or anybody cannot claim their share in that property which was purely self acquired property of yours. You can transfer it in your name at any time as you like and wishes.
