Hello Experts, Please note the below mentioned points. 1. Under construction flat by trust. Possession month April'2016 2. 1st applicant : Uncle and 2nd Applicant : myself (owner of this topic) 3. Total fund invested by myself. Zero amount invested by uncle. 4. Loan account, S/B Account, Receipts are in joint name. However EMIs & Builder payment paid from my account. 5. How and what legal procedure/docs needs to follow/prepare to taking rights from uncle. 6.
