First wife filed partition of property case in civil court what to do

I am hindu my age is 90 above i hve two wife first wife is death she having 4 daughter and one son.2nd wife 3 son and 2 daughter.now first wife daughter has go on civil court for her partation in property.but before that i hve partitaion from tahasildar in 1997 front my daughter.so ple give me law with suggestion?
