Filing of lost case again at the lower court's on the property deal?

I have won a property case both in the Senior Additional Judge & District court.the appellant has filled an delay appeal in high court & till today his case hasn't been listed for WP.i have sold the property to few of them,does the appellant has right to file a case on these individuals in the lower courts where the judgement was passed.can I file criminal case on him.

Taking into consideration the above said facts and your query therein.

In my opinion Prima facie there is no criminal case made out against the appellant. However one can ascertain a legal curse of action after going through the facts of the case in actual on a case to case basis.

Dear Sir,
Before commenting on this, i need to know what appeal is filed in high court , is the appeal challenging the lower court order is filed , whether the appeal is filed within the time period or after expiry of 90 days
You may not be able to file a criminal case against them but if any summon is issued against you or the buyers of such property they may have to appear in court until the WP is dismissed
