Fighting property fraud case in high court can we expedite the case

We had a deal to buy a resale flat with the owner for 10.50 lacs in 2004. Out which we paid 5.5 lacs to the owner. We had agreement made of 10.50 lacs all signed by us and with owner, we have all receipts for the payment made signed by the owner on stamp paper. We have all notarized documents legally signed by owner. Before transfer of flat owner demand for 15lacs which we agrred to pay still she refused to sell the flat and refused ro give our money back. We have a stay on sale of the hosue. Filed case in Mumbai high court in 2005 still waiting for justice. Can we expedite the case in anywa

yes, you can expedite the case !

your advocate has to take steps to expedite the case...

High Court can hear the matter if there are reasons and circumstances to expedite the hearing of the case !
