Father willing to sell his property how can I claim my share

my father is recently taken to attar road jail because he recently will to beat any one my father have property in will but he is ready to sell property for his entertainment in drinking and girls so can I get my part of property I am 18 years old I am currently working to support famliy but my father is against us to give us property to any family member I am muslim
If the property is a self acquired property of your father then he has complete right over the property and can dispose off the property according to his own wish. If the property is a ancestral property then you can claim share in the property.
