Father wants to go for individual pathiram Patta and chitta
11-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
HI, My father and father brother have purchased some lands and its registered the same Documents( Kiraya pathiram) for both of them, Now my father wants to go for individual pathiram, Patta & chitta but my father brother not ready come for this activities, How to process further.........
It seems your father and your father's brother bought it jointly and hence they are joint owners of the property. Both your father and your uncle have right over the said property. If your uncle is not consenting for a partition then your father must file a partition suit asking for his share over the property after sending Legal represntation to your uncle asking for a mutual settlement.
