Respected questioner..
I would to inform you that your question's answer has been broadly defined in Indian Succession Act, Hindu Act & Transfer of Property Act who elucidates that If the property is ancestral property then no one can stop you to avail the right of enjoyment in your ancestral property. As per your question if such property is self acquired property then it will be difficult to transfer in your name but in cases of Supreme Could held that son can get benefits in self acquired property in other ways. Kindly provide me whole information regarding mode of transfer of property in the name of your brother by your grandfather and the nature of property ( movable or immovable)so that I can assist you in better way and furnish you appropriate law according to your requirement.

See your question dose not indicate whether the property is ancestral property or the self acquired property of your grandfather if the property is the self acquired property of your grandfather then you don't have any claim he can do as he wishes if the property is ancestral then you can claim your share
