Father took property given as a gift to wife, what can be done

my uncle in austr. bought a home for my mom and told her its a gift but kept sign on doc.s saying that he wont need to pay the income tax.my mom has been living since more than 30 yrs and last month he came and took away docs to austr.I want to inherit this prop. in the future as i dont have any other property.i doubt that he wants to claim back his prop. after my mom's death. at time buying the the 2BHK flat we told that we will give the money but he declined and said "i'm hurt by this , i am giving this as a gift" and we trusted him. so what can we do now?
There is way to stop transferring said property by your uncle, as you live in more then thirty years with knowledge of your uncle,then you or your mother can file a suit for becoming owner of said property by adverse possession against your uncle.

Your details are not coming out clearly. Is it your uncle or your father who has given the property? And whose sign were on the documents. Also the 2 bhk flat is the gift property you are talking about? Please write clearly.

Yes agar ek baar kisi ne property gift ki ho toh wo wapas nai le sakta gift deed registered karwa lo aur aapka name dalwa do koi problem nai hai agar aapko jayda details chahihye toh muje call kare mere number
