Father took everything and left us how can we claim property from him

So far as your problem related to using of pensioner benefits by father is concerned he is having every right to use the same as he has earned those pensionary benefits . But so far your problem relates to land is concerned you may have a right to claim that if it's your ancestral land because then you will be having a share in it. You can file a suit for partition and separate possession.

reviewed your query--My father is a ex service men(Army) he transfered all the fund or pension money on his own accnt nd....left us without giving a single rupee....hes a lot of property in village nw...he's going to marry another women...we r three childerns....i hv a elder sis nd a younger bro...wht should we do to get our property frm my dad??? We are suffering frm many financial prblms..nd my father even dn't care..

opinion:
you need to file a civil suit for partition and possession of the father's property in your and your brother's and sister's name. the court will partiiton the properties and give you separate possession.
