14-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
Dear sir, My father has sold the home 20 years back, but it was not transferred on buyers name because of his sudden death. Now, my mother also passes away. The buyer sold that property to someone else and now wants to transfer that property on new owner’s name. We are three siblings. How to proceed? What to do? Pls guide us.

What was the nature of document by which your father sold property? Is it a registered document? When did you come to know about this sale ? What is your age? What documents do you possess about property? With whom the possession lies currently

you need to give your consent for transfer of that property in the favour of first buyer who intern give his consent for transfer of that property in favour of third buyer. As sale deed is registered.
