Father passed away. Brother nominee in account. Do i have any right?

We are 3 brothers and 1 sister and mother. In my father's account. nominee is my brother. Do i have any right over the account and property is on my mother's name do i have right over it? The property was self made by father and he left no will.

Hi sir/madam, Yes, you have every right to get your respective share in that property as legal heirs of your parents because of your father was not leave any WILL or any arrangement deed. You can claim your rights over the property as per law.
