28-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir, I have self acquired shop in pune , am in a position to selling of the shop. my father died in 2014 without will and now my sister n mother is claiming on my property and saying that my father had given you money or invested in shop but they not proof only notices are sending for having the claim. pl suggest is this right way or what action shall i take?? can i sell or deal my shop without any problem?
The shop you are referring here is in your name and the resistry is in your name then it falls under self acquired property and not ancestral property. Your father dying without any will, so the share of all legal heirs would be on his property and not on the ones in your name. Kindly reply back to the notice they are sending you
