Father married twice brought house for 2nd wife can 1st wife claim

My father has done two marriage for first wife has 6 daughter and one son that's me..second wife has 1 daughter and one son. My father brought new home for his second wife near tarnaka around 120 squad years . I homeless now we are in rent home how to claim pls help me
if your father has bought a new house for the second wife, that itself is a proof of Bigamy. Your mother should file a case of Bigamy so as to punish your father.
