Father made Will on inherited property is the Will considered valid

My father expired 2016 July.he has written will.he was only son to my grandfather.he inherited property after my grandfather death.my grandfather got divided from his brothers.all properties are agriculture properties.even my father was agriculturist.we are 2 brothers and sister.can will is valid? My brother opposing for properties as per will.is my father property is ancestral or inherited? Can will is valid?

Dear sir,
No, Will is not valid. see sir the properties inherited by your grand father to your father, your father dont have right to transfer the properties to anybody as the properties ancestral properties, obviously your brothers and sisters has right over the ancestral property .

As you told, your father obtained a property under a WILL . Then he will be the absolute owner of the property. After his death his surviver can be the owner of the said property.

WILL is valid if it is the last WILL only. As per law the registration of WILL is not mandatory. So last will prevails.
