Father is abusive toward me and mother how to stop him to enter house

How can I stop my financially and mentally abusive father from entering my house, where I (25) live with my mother (55)? The house is my self-acquired property. My father works abroad and claims he has no place to live here, despite a big fat bank balance from which he has always deprived us. What action can I take to stop him from entering my property? Can cruelty be a ground?
