Father in law disowned his son what can we do

My husband left his home due to some family jhagde. my father in law given paargati to my husband bt office is same...they met daily..with my brother in law n my fatr in lw after one year we thought we should go back to our home...we have 2 years old baby we went then he asked us to out from his home n asked if u nt gng im calling to police he said he has given paargati in newspaper so plss suggest what can we do?
paargati can not be used for curtail rights. You can stay there and can claim u/s DVAct as well as maintenance u/s 125 Cr.P.C.
