Father gave property papers to uncle not he is not giving us back

Dear sir, I lost my father, 10years ago,my father has signed and given document s to my uncle in1972, my father got married in 1982,my uncle is not giving property back to us,and he sale d out some property of us,is I now I can get my property back,please help me sir,even my grandmother given some property to me,but my uncle not giving our property back please help me is there any way to take it back
