Father gave property only to younger son asking money from me for it

My father have property totally 16 Hector(40 ekar) . he gave more property to my younger brother. Till now my father dint did property on my name. Now he is asking so much money for property . my younger brother and my father both r playing big game with me. What should I do?
Dear Sir/Madam, as per your query, if the said property is ancestral property you have every right to get equal share, if your father not give the equal share to you, you have to file the civil suit for partition before the jurisdictional civil court. If the said property is self acquired property of your father, you have no right to claim, his wish to divide the property or not between you and your brother, as he like dispose his self acquired property.
