Father expired without Will in 2012 married sister asking share

My father expired without any Will. Father had some self acquired property and ancestral property. My father expired in 2012. Can my married sister claim share in that property?

I would like like to inform you that as per the amendment of 2005 in Hindu Secession Act, It is clearly stipulates that daughter have right in the property of the father which pertains to the ancestral property but daughter can not claim her right in self acquired property of your father because that property is self earning property.
