Father died without making a Will how to transfer house to mother now

My father expired without making a will. My Mother is alive. We are three siblings Elder sister - Married Son - Single Sister - Single The property (house) we live in is under my father's ownership. What is the procedure to transfer the property to my mother as sole owner? We are Muslim

All three of you should execute a relinquish deed in favour of your mother so that your mother can be the sole owner of the said property. the relinquish deed has to be registered before the jurisdictional Sub-Registrar office.

The intestate’s widow, or if there are more widows than one, all the widows together, shall take one share and you can register through Relinquishment deed /Release deed this deed need to be draft carefully. steps involved:-
1. draft the deed
2.date fix for registration
3.take DD in the name of sub-registrar{Fee)
4.go all the parties and 2 witness to sign the documents
5. collect the register deed.
