Father didn't get share in ancestral property can son claim it and how

A is the owner.he hav 3 sons name B.C.&D.now A is passed away..and poprty is trnsfrs to the name of eldst sonB..he don't hav sons r daughter.C hav 3 sons.&D hav 1son. Now C is pased away before B without taking any shares in prprty.after 2 yrs B also pas awy.then hole prprty is trnsferd to D .and 3 sons of C had not claim about any partition untill life time Of D..now D also expird.& prprty is transfers to son of D.after 22yrs latr sons of C are came to take shares of their father C at son of D.but son f D is nt giving any shares to them.then wat to do for son of C to get share.it is Islam family.
