Father did not make a will.How will his property be divided?

My father passed away on october 2015 and my mother is alive. I am the only son and I have one sister, we both are unmarried and adults. My grandmother died on Janurary 2017 after my father' death my father had not made a will. This is not ancestral. Who will get it now. I am a Hindu boy.

The property will be divided among u ur mother and sister. Each of them will get equal share ie. One third of the property.
Sister share in the property is mandatory only if she demands. Most of the indian women leaves there share in the property for rest of the members. Well in that case it will be divided among two members. Each will get half of the share.
