Father deserted me and mother did second marriage can i ask share

I m son of my fathers first wife but he left my mom and me 22 years back and now my mom is dead some year ago ,I m leaving with my Mama he is bearing all my expences.But now i dont want to be here more as my Mama also have his family.My father have a second wife and from her three daughters and it is being 21 years of there marriage .Plz sir give me some idea how can i clame on my fathers property?
Collect all the details of your father's property first.
After that collect papers photocopy at least for filing of suit.
Now u can claim share from your father's property, if he denies, then u can file Title partition suit.

A major son either from the first wife or the second wife has no right to claim in the self acquired property of his father so long the father is alive under the Hindu Succession Act. If the property is ancestral then only the son can claim for partition of the ancestral property as he has right to property by birth, otherwise, no claim.
