Father cultivating agricultural land from 60 years how can we claim it

sir, our parents cultivating agricultural land from past 60 years but we don't have any papers the land was recieved from jamindars , but at this time our uncles are arguing that's there land they have documents but our forefathers cultivating land from so many years and we have an old letter of jamindaar about accepting tax of that time and we also have tax filled papers but in that our uncles father's name is there what can I do in this situation.. please help me out.. thanking you

Check with Taluk Office Revenue / Land Records in respect the Survey Number of the Land that you are Claiming to be cultivation, thereafter file application before the Thasildhar for entries of your name in the Revenue Records.
